Inspired by Budapest’s “ruin pubs”—abandoned buildings transformed into watering holes—Ruins celebrates the agave spirits of Mexico, brandies, and cane-based expressions of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Peruvian beverage director Christian Armando Guillén and his team, including bar manager Josh Back, have designed the Ruins’ cócteles de casa around a vast collection of agave spirits, highlighting two El Silencio cocktails: the Skeleton Saint and Sante Muerte.
