 Tequila Dahlia Email

The Dahlia customer doesn’t need your approval. She’s not seeking your permission. She knows who she is, what she wants, and how to get it. She’s unabashedly, unmistakably, and unshakably herself. She dares to be. And I couldn’t be more aligned. Writing these emails came so naturally to me, I took their open rate from 10% to 30% in a matter of months.

Refined Debauchery

Join the New York City Wine and Food Festival’s late-night cocktail, disco party, representing some of the most innovative brands at the forefront of artisanal spirits from around the world.

A native New Yorker, Patricia Ahn is one of Astoria’s most well-known and well-loved bartenders. Raised in Queens, their cocktails’ flavor profiles reflect the diversity of the borough. The Lujuria de Invierno is their take on a Mexican Firing Squad.

Private Society

Café Birdie is an airy, light-filled bistro with an Italian slant, featuring housemade pastas and a charming, atmospheric brick alley out back with a standalone speakeasy where you can linger over mascarpone cheesecake and an amaro.

Created by former bar manager Patrick Connolly, the East LA Fadeaway is an aromatic amalgam of tequila, pandan, melon liqueur, vanilla, lemon, and fee foam served in period glassware by candlelight.

Uptown Haven

Who’s Jac W.? is a labor of love with every detail hand picked and cultivated to create a sense of mystery and creativity—offering a modern culinary experience with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Their signature cocktail, the Pina Paloma, uses ruby red grapefruit juice to contrast the tart lime and smoky mezcal with a hint of vanilla from Tequila Dahlia.

Under the Shadow of La Mesa

Swinging saloon doors lead to chile-spiced, smoky flavors at this Santa Fe-inspired eatery, West of Pecos. Snuggle down in an intimate, oversized booth admiring the snakeskin-clad Saddle Room while you await your Texpresso-tini.

The Texpresso-tini combines Tequila Dahlia, cold brew, and Cafe de Olla, wetting the palette with rich vanilla agave notes, a subtle bitterness, and hints of roasted cinnamon.

Push Buttons

Inspired by old Vegas and the love of people-watching, the Coin-Op is a nostalgia-fueled arcade gastropub encouraging game play alongside a highly-drinkable cocktail menu that’s refreshed every two months by esteemed local bartender Michele Willard.

A riff on a classic smash with a little citrus, agave, blueberries, and a healthy pour of Tequila Dahlia, this cocktail has a bright fuchsia fizz and tart finish.

An Alluring Repertoire

Elegant and contemporary, The Compound in Santa Fe takes you on a culinary journey focusing on seasonally sourced farm-to-table ingredients combining New World and Mediterranean influences and flavors. Their sophisticated menu and craft cocktails are courtesy of James Beard Best Chef of the Southwest, Mark Kiffin.

Spiced liqueur, the warmth of ginger beer, and the tartness of lime merge seamlessly with the elegant notes of Dahlia.

Timeless Tradition

Quintessentially American, Lanie's Cafe in Albany, NY is a carefully choreographed dance between favorite comfort classics and signature cocktails prepared with casual perfection. Their bright, decadent antipasto platter and delicate Veal Piccata pairs beautifully with the smooth taste of Dahlia.

Elevated by chile-tinged bitters and the sweetness of fruit preserves, The Stones & Flowers layered vibrant notes linger lovingly on your lips.

Take Me South

A Cajun term for beaucoup, the French term for "big" or "many," BooCoo brings the Soulard neighborhood of St. Louis a glimpse of New Orleans, offering gator po'boys to jambalaya with some unusual, yet inventive flourishes.

A lighter, fresh take on a margarita, the Dahlia Daisy's smooth citrus flavor and buttery aromatics enhance the vanilla notes of Tequila Dahlia, while its crisp finish cuts the tart lemon for a beautiful balance.

A Cultural Shorthand

From the seductively stylish interior to the dry-aged prime steaks, BOA’s vibrant ambiance is as alluring as the cuisine and cocktail menu. Trained under the watchful eyes of acclaimed bar chefs, their mixologists’ concoctions know no limits.

The La Quebrada is a juicy spin on the Negroni, using Campari’s bittersweet notes of orange peel to nod to the classic cocktail, but surprising the palate with passion fruit, agave, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and the smooth finish of Tequila Dahlia.

Conspired Classic

The Classic Cat is an upmarket redux of a notorious 1960’s burlesque club mixed with the fantasy and glamor of old Hollywood. A supper club revival offering American cuisine and classic cocktails in a luxe, intimate atmosphere where energy flows.

There are margaritas, and then there are margaritas. When you embrace the cocktail's beautiful DNA by using only the best ingredients—like orange, agave, and Tequila Dahlia—you get an explosion of flavor that lingers on the lips.

An Irresistible Seduction

Every cocktail has a story, tweaked and twisted to infinity by generations of mixologists inspired by a place or moment in time. The “Te-Kill-Ya” at Harlot in Washington DC has such a cocktail.

“Te-Kill-Ya” is play on “Tequila," fully realized with Tequila Dahlia’s cristalino taste bringing the romance.
